Main tasks:
The management of the training process (preparation of the training materials)
Coordination and cooperation with colleagues in the Department of the Medical Education and training in the implementation of the plan of training both theoretical and practical.
Work on the preparation of the annual training plan for the department
Participate in the assessing the needs of the Department including devices, equipment and books
Preparation and evaluation of courses and lectures
Attend meetings and work related activities with international organizations
Preparation of management reports to the concerned bodies
Attend the periodic meetings of the department and the office
Field visits to evaluate current and future events
staff performance appraisal and follow-up of the Performance
Coordination with the external training bodies in regard of medical training
Preparation of periodic reports on the trainings
Supervision of the secure logistics for trainings
Follow-up the trainings and financial documentations
All tasks assigned by the management in the area of competence
Qualifications and experience required
A university degree or postgraduate studies in (medicine - Nursing)
Experience in medical training - Coordination of courses
Good knowledge of MS
