International SOS is providing onsite primary and emergency medical assistance to the employees of oil, gas and mining organizations in Papua New Guinea. Located in the south-western Pacific Ocean Papua New Guinea is one of the most challenging and culturally diverse countries in the world. Intl. SOS has 15 remote site clinics providing international level health care to the employees working within the territory.
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Partner with a medical background to manage the daily operations of the training department in Papua New Guinea. Your remit is to ensure that all employees working in Medical Services are trained and qualified to provide effective, professional and contracted support to clinic patients across all remote sites.In order to be successful in this role you will be a Qualified Paramedic or Registered Nurse at senior level with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment. You will have experience in selecting and using training/ instructional methods and demonstrated experience in hands-on training of individuals and larger groups.
We offer a competitive expat remuneration structure including site accommodation, travel from home base to site, and daily allowance. This role operates on a 6 weeks on 2 week off rotation.
